This course is specifically designed for and compulsory for students in the MA programme Anglophone Modernities in Literature and Culture in their first or second semesters. It is taught by a range of lecturers in literary and cultural studies, and will discuss texts which introduce the various meanings and implications of the term 'modernity' in Anglophone discourses.
