Overarching goal:
The aim of the Employee Week is to equip participants with strategies and tools to implement their individual sustainability goals, projects or challenges through knowledge input, interactive workshops, consultative support and exchange with other colleagues.
Learning objectives:
1. promotion techniques and methods for implementing sustainability strategies
2. promote exchange between participants facing similar challenges
3. to apply what has been learned to individual projects
A social program that promotes networking and cultural engagement complements the academic program.
