Since this might affect other students as well, I am asking these two questions about Assignment #1 here. I would be pleased if you could answer these briefly.

You emphasized multiple times (as well as in the "Draft Assignment") that the word count includes everything. I therefore assume it includes the 99 words from the questions in our template. Does "everything" also include the bibliography and its content though? The latter seems both unusual and unscientific to me, as I believe better documented sources should not be penalized. However, as you even underlined the word "everything", I would like to ask you to clarify this.

We are all aware that this course follows the Chatham House Rule. Since you might need to check for plagiarism at a third party or even keep the assignments saved at the professorship for documentation purpose, I would like to clarify how we should handle the citation of sources in light of the Chatham House Rule within the assignments.
