Dear Students,
this is an important exercise, yet ungraded. To practise the Predictioneer's Game, you have to be able to create input files in the format .txt. Please replicate the inout file for Bueno de Mesquita (2009, 217).
The .txt file has to include the following columns (see the Presentation Files for Modules 2-4):
Group Stakeholder Influence Position Salience Flexibility Veto FixedPosition RandomShocks Optimize
Each of these columns is separate by a "tab", followed by a "carriage return" at the end of the line. The above information is the first line, followed by the alpha/numerical inputs. The last four columns shall be filled with "zeros".
