The societal transformations driven by the impact of current pandemic, globalization, wider recognition of diversity, environmental changes, economic and financial crises as well as political debates are taking place in both Colombia and Germany. How do the sociocultural, political, economic and info media processes in each society act on each other? Is the worldwide pandemic accelerating or decelerating the transformation processes in Colombia and Germany? What are the common challenges in both countries through their transformations?
