Dear Students,

I received three general questions and provide short answers below with ">>>" for the benefit of all.  Naturally, we can elaborate this in more detail during the Zoom conversation:

1. How do you expect the structure of the presentation to be / does it make sense to take the outline for assignment 2 as an orientation?

>>> Using the template for the Assignment #2 paper to structure your presentation is a good idea as you will not forget anything important.  Naturally, the paper itself will be much more complete.  The presentation is a summary of where you stand and will receive advice on.

2. To what extent should we already report on analyses of the values? Does the interpretation of the values include everything generated by the Predictioneer's Game (round by round equlibrium, power, costs)?

>>>The presentation is a summary of the findings (predictions).  Not all outputs should be used as there are strict time and slide limitations.  Think of the presentation as the summary of a future paper.  Please report your current forecasts and analyze them.

3. What exactly is meant by the "use of parameter spaces if no reliable measurement of core inputs is possible" (for robustness checks)?

>>>If an stakeholder's input value cannot be easily captured by a single input value (e.g., salience = 30, and the likely range is [20, 40], just run the analyses with salience values for this actor for 20, 30, and 40, and see whether it makes a substantive difference in the overall results.

More tonight on Zoom,
